Delivery is included in every price.

Production and delivery

Each canvas is printed after you order, by a partner workshop close to the delivery address. Production usually takes 2–5 working days; delivery then usually takes 3–7 working days in Europe, the United Kingdom and North America, longer elsewhere. These are estimates, not guarantees. You receive an email with a tracking link when your canvas leaves the workshop.

Customs

Canvases are printed locally in the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States and Australia, so orders delivered there normally do not go through customs. For other countries, any import duties or taxes are charged by customs and paid by the recipient.

Gifts

You can ship straight to the person receiving it: no prices or invoices go in the parcel.

Address problems

If a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete or it was not collected, we contact you to send it again. A second shipment may have a cost.
