Refund policy

Each canvas is made to order for one date and one place, so it cannot be returned or refunded for a change of mind (Article 59(1)(c) of the Italian Consumer Code; Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

Damaged, faulty or wrong

If your canvas arrives damaged, has a print defect or is not what you ordered, write to hello@thelightthatday.com with your order number and a photo, as soon as you can. We send a free reprint or a full refund, as you prefer. You do not need to send the canvas back unless we ask you to, at our cost.

This is in addition to the two-year legal guarantee of conformity you have as a consumer.

A mistake in the date or place

Write to us straight away. If the canvas is not yet in production, we correct it.
